At Fyenza, we strive to provide the best service possible. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.
- After 24 hours, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.
- There is no Return accepted once the order is processed.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment.
- Payment made for a product not delivered due to a verified technical error.
3. Refund Process
- Email us at calyx.bpo@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for refund.
- Once approved, refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
